This notice explains how VibeLogic ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use vibelogic.fit, take the VibeLogic assessment, or contact us. It is issued in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

Assessment data — your name, email address, phone number (for WhatsApp delivery), and your responses to the 25 assessment questions.
Enquiry data — information you submit through our contact and demo forms, such as your name, company, role, and message.
Usage data — anonymised website analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) collected via cookies or similar technologies.

2. How we use it

To generate and deliver your behavioural profile, archetype, and Spike Report by email and WhatsApp.
To respond to enquiries and demo requests.
To improve the assessment instrument and our services, using aggregated and anonymised data.
To send you relevant updates about VibeLogic, where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

3. Your assessment results are yours

Your individual results are private. We do not share your profile with any employer unless you choose to share it yourself. Employer-facing reports in VibeLogic Plus are built from profiles that individuals have shared or that were completed under an employer's engagement, with the participant's knowledge.

4. Who we share data with

We use trusted service providers to operate the platform — form processing (Tally), data storage (Notion), website hosting, analytics (Google Analytics), and messaging delivery (WhatsApp Business API providers). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data.

5. Data retention

We retain assessment and enquiry data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to access your personal data, request correction, withdraw consent to processing, and request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email support@vibelogic.fit. We will respond within 21 days.

7. Security

We take practical steps to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, including limiting access to profile data and using established platforms with their own security controls.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be at vibelogic.fit/privacy.html with the date above.
